They're so cute. Of course, Thor could also end up with Sam. He likes her stupid ideas. And I think they really bonded over "the yellow ones." Edit: I decided to put this in the Ship part of the Shipper Haven because there are females on the list. But really, this poll doesn't belong anywhere, as Thor isn't even human. Meh...

I wonder whether (sp) Jack tried the Asgard clone when he was visiting on Thor's ship. That would have been nice, he could have held hands with Thor without fear to crush them. It would've been a test run, Thor just wanted Jack to know what his options are so that he could think about his experience and whether he wants to spend the rest of his life this way. Edit: I can't vote for Sam or Jack cause they're the OTP - obviously. I think Jacob would be a good Asgard if he might die and need a new body. Then there could be a development between him and Thor. Do the Asgaurd have romantic relationships? Maybee they stopped when they started the clone thing. Or, when they were reproducing sexualy. Did they have relationships as we understand them? I know this is a humorous thread, and not trying to be a wet blanket. Just something I'm curious about. Maybee the Asgaurd defination of marriage/companionship is multible pairings under one household, who knows? As long as were giving Asgaurd human characteristics. I see Thor spending some quality time with Steve from SGA. Hear me out, they would make the perfect odd couple. Picture it, Steve trying to feed on everyone. Thor chastising him for doing evil s***. That would be somthing to see.

Hathor fancies Hammond. Who else, ah yes, Cassie fancies Jack(really popular). Janet fancies(she lives in death!) Daniel and Sam, and likes jack as a friend. The chevron guy fancies that first tok'ra chick(the british one). Still folowing me? Anywho, Yu and Apophis and Seth and Anubis fancy them selves... (omg, at this point i realise i left out Jonass) OK, Jonas fancies all of the above N.B. I doubt i will EVER have to post in shipper haven AGAIN(w00t)

Hey, we know the Asgard used to have humanoid bodies way back when, right? What's stopping them from transferring their consciousnesses to human bodies? If Thor could put himself in another human, he could have a chance with anyone on the list. Except maybe the ascended people. Maybe the Asgard wouldn't want to do that because it would make them too much like the Goa'uld. But if they took willing people, they could be like the Tok'ra, assuming the human host body retains their own consciounesses. So, if Thor were to acquire a human body, I'd see him definitely going after Jack. Maybe Daniel. He liked them enough to name ships after them. That's love. I could imagine him experimenting with Sam, though. For the sake of science, of course.

I believe Thor said it in Fragile Balance - human brains can't carry their vastly superior intellects. Maybe Thor could get rid of some macho abilities like calculating REALLY fast or his fancy mental firewall (against Anubis' mindprobes) and then his conciousness would fit. Quite true, Osy. To be honest, I think Jack and Thor were secretly married back at the beginning of season 4. Jack, Sam, and Teal'c didn't spend all that time at the Alpha Site. Noo..Jack and Thor were honeymooning. Think about it; why was Jack so chipper after supposedly being stuck at the Alpha Site for so long? He should have been pissier, but he wasn't because he and Thor had a grand old time.

That's my story, and I'm sticking to it.

[so please stay away] Who knows what other instructions/recordings Thor made for Jack? It's obvious that nobody else was supposed to see them. Jack didn't have the time to watch them all. And when did Thor make them all? I think he has been sneaking behind Jack's back for a while. That's why he was already in orbit when he detected the replicator infestation. He originally wanted Jack to read his "diaries" because he was too shy to confront him in person. Edit: We have to remember that Jack was unsure about his feelings at this time. It was not until Upgrades that he rediscovered whom he desired. ... I am OF COURSE referring to the scene in the restaurant. When Sam ordered her steaks, and Jack was high on his armband, he became aware of his hunger for a hot hot woman. Should happen from time to time. See the connection? Mhhh..yummy.
