I contacted Amazon Canada on March 6th and ordered the Season 1-3 boxed sets. They arrived on March 11th. They gave me a free upgrade to express shipping, and it got here so fast that my credit card has not even been charged yet! Now thats service. Thanks for the tip!

Looks like the deal is still on.
Are we 100% sure they are the same as the American versions? Any Canadian or any other foreign logo slapped on there anywhere? I don't want them to arrive and not work!  |

I just FINALLY ordered them. The deal was still on as of 4/11/04. Canada and the United States use the same region coding (they are Region One), so there will be no problem viewing them in the U.S.
Now all they need to do is put the next three sets on sale! I check eBay occasionally, but people are paying nearly as much as on Amazon, PLUS they have to pay shipping. I guess I'll just bide my time. bookarts |

I ordered the first three seasons from Amazon Canada on 4/23/04 and received them in Indianapolis, IN today 4/27/04. They are the same sets sold in in the states. I am a very happy camper and hope they put the rest on sale soon!
Grab them while they last. By the way your credit card should automatically convert the Canadian dollar amount to U.S. Dollars. My total came out to $86.31 including shipping. |
