could this ship have been from the race that built urgo?
the transportation system looked the same, and it was the same sound effect when they were transported, plus that race wanst very talkative on the radio either |

Like Ergo said, Togar's race were afraid of normal exploration so it is unlikely it belonged to his race.

unless they were near the planet, and the ship was dispatched to intercept a ship they did not regcognize, not as an exploration ship, but merely in defense of their territory, perhaps they control several planets as the aschen do

Anything like that is speculation. TPTB haven't made any comments about the aliens from 'Grace'. If they had intended them to be Togar's race, they would have said something. At best, this was a standalone episode with little to do with the overall story arc.
