Is there any word limit on the forum?

Arc has put in different character limits around the forum. For instance, each member has character limits for their signatures (I think it's 500). There is also a character limit for each post you make: and if you click "Check Post Length" at the bottom right of your post screen when you're typing a new post you can see that it is 524888 characters. As for post limits, I didn't see that they are, but they are archived after a while of inactivity, so that things can be clean. wink.gif

No, but there is a stupid limit. And it's surprisingly small.

Is anyone having compatiblity issues with Firefox 3 and the Archives? When I first downloaded the new version of Firefox, I didn't have any problems. But for some reason, I've been getting an error 404 when I log into the site (since this morning).

IE renders the page no prob, I'm using my IE plugin on Firefox to view the site now. Has it happened to anyone else?

I remember Arc saying something about the current server's rotating IP address taking some time to update in DNS servers when there is a change. From time to time I have the same problems, but never for more than an hour or two.
