The UK versions of the DVD's come with German audio, so I suspect they will play them that way since it has already been dubbed.

(may be a new topic for this ?) RTL II RTL II will start Season 8 of Stargate SG-1 on January 5th, at 20:15, Wednesday. (together the 3rd Season of 24 at 22:15). Source: quotenmeter.de (german) No word on SG Atlantis so far. SciFi Currently airing Season 1 at 19:25 Mo-Fr PS: The German magazine "DVD Vision" (December ?) includes a DVD with the SG-1 Pilot (93 min). The quality is not so good (VHS/tape like) and in German only, but it cost's only 3 Euro... |

Update / Edit:
SciFi Airs now Season 2, next is Episode 7 - Message in a Bottle, Mo. 2004-11-22 Some Info for the non german readers (in response to the - one year SG-1 and all other shows/movies here in Germany are shown completely in german. DVDs have usually english and german dialogs (not all, see my previous post) and subtitles in several languages. The translation is not always perfect http://www.sg1archive.com/forums/index.php...44entry199808 The latest news indicates, that unlike in the US, SG-1 will first air, as usual, on "free tv" RTL II (with commercials) and then on SciFi. (If i remember it correct SciFi showed season 7 a few days behind RTL II or may be SciFi showed it first - I#m confused with all these reruns Rental SG-1 DVDs are usually available before airing on RTL II. |
