So what is Amaunet doing being protected by the guard of her husband's enemy? I suppose it makes sense if she's trying to hide from Apophis, but why would she wish to hide the child from her husband? Perhaps she was taken by Heru'ur and the guard were laid in ambush of Apophis coming to rescue her?

Does anyone have any proof/theories about what Amaunet was doing on a planet with an ambush of horus guard laid in wait and what the motivation was behind her hiding the child from both Apophis and Heru'ur? Plus how was kidnapping the people of abydos a cover for taking the child? What was she trying to make it look like she was doing?

To be honest I've thought about it in much detail and did notice the fact that Amaunet was being guarded by Horus guards. The only explanation I can think of that Shar're was able to take back control or was able to somehow influence Amaunet's thoughts (like Kendra did said she did in 'Tho's Hammer'). Perhaps she somehow manipulated Heru'ur to take the Abydonians prisoner knowing that Daniel and SG-1 would rescue them.

Hmmm... death of Sha're tastes like an opening for future love scenes with Daniel and ladies.


I did NOT like it. Teh Sha're scenes should have been somewhat different.

For example let them get reunited, and fall in love all over again and then, in an episode or two kill her.
