Ok, so did anyone else see it? Sheesh.

I thought the idea was interesting. But in their wild attempt to make the show interesting with all the gun-play and "oh-my-god-where's-it-at" moments, they kind made huge plot holes. So by making fire, they showed these beasties that they were intelligent? Nevermind their clothing, weapons, etc? Yeah. Especially when those particular aliens didn't look capable of making fire themselves, why would they recognize that as intelligence? And also, why would they care if they were hungry?

Don't get me wrong, I liked the aliens of a non-bipedal nature being intelligent idea. And, as a guy I fell for the explody fighting scenes. But I'd rate this as one of my less favorite episodes.

But I do have to mention that I did like the Rush, Eli, Brody storyline. Rush gets his way, and does it in the most irresponsible method possible, but makes it kinda funny.

While the Rush part was amusing, a million year old stasis pod is hardly something to play around with. Also, at the end, it was odd that Varro was in a good mood considering all of his people had just been killed off.
