It's been over 2 years since Season 10 finished.
Almost 6 months since Continuum was released on DVD. From what I'm reading here on this very site about the 3rd movie, there's no guarantee that all original members of SG1 will be participating, never mind cam or vala... I like her character, dont get me wrong, just not enough to care any more... |

Most original cast have showed an interest in the movies, and apparently they're filming them at a time which is convenient for all parties. However Brad has said Vala won't be in the movie, and where they are in the script stage I don't see that changing...
However yes I would like to see her in it, I like her character and if she's a part of SG-1, I don't see a reason she shouldn't be... |

Oh, I'm sorry, before I could even post in this topic it bored me to the verge of sleep. I like Vala but if she's not necessary to a plot, then who cares? Fortunately, it's not an issue for us because none of use have an unhealthy infatuation/obsession with Claudia Black.... oh... wait.... |

I do not have an unhealthy obsession with Claudia Black I just love the character of Vala and I want her to be included is that so wrong

I like Vala but I don't want her in a movie just for the sake of including the character.

I already posted this on the petition thread, but here goes.
From what I have heard, there would be no need for either Cam or Vala. The story hopefully would include the 4 original characters. If that happens, there is no story for either Cam or Vala. Just as I was opposed to having Jack brought back during season 9, just for a cameo, I would feel the same way about doing that with Cam or Vala. It's a waste of time, for us and for them. Now if they can come up with a story that makes sense, I would be receptive to Vala. As far as Cam, I could care less. IMO, he never truly jelled with he team and didn't actually bring anything to the show. |

I have an unhealthy obsession O.O... naw not realy but she is one of my favorite charactors i think she adds more humer and i lve the whole Vala/Daniel ship they just go and its so cute. im dissapointed she not in it ... i also want them to bring Teryl rothery back somehow i hated it when janet died i cried...>< |

It had an impact and that is what the writers were going for. He thought season 7 was the end of the show, so they went out with a bang. As you know the show continued, but it was impossible to bring her back and to have her death be meaningless. If any future shows take place before the season 7 timeline, or are a different reality, then they could bring back Frasier. |

yeh it would be hard to bring her back but maybe in a film or something they could have an alternate reality Frasier (i know its already happend) and she stays there.

I am a hopeless romantic, so yeah, I want Vala. I want a compelling story more, but I want a resolution to the Vala/Daniel relationship... a happy ending, preferably.
