My opinion is that the Ori would win as they're technology is far superior than that of the wraith and they are clearly more fighters than the Ancients who didn't create any military technology before the war. And they wont just sit and wait until the wraith come to them they will attack they're fleet and probably win of course as we have seen they're ships don't need more than one pilot and they probably can gather followers to build the ships where the Ancients probably didn't the help of more primitive people because they weren't bent on dominating all living.

The Ori, undoubtedly. As much as I like the Wraith, they wouldn't stand much of a chance against the Ori.
