What, Clyde's? Langar.
I agree about Carla probably better off not knowing, but now his dad knows and he seems to think it's cool - although mind you, he's not exactly a wonderful father figure... and then you've got the fact Allan knows and is okay with that. Carla seems like a really cool woman and I think she probably has enough trust in Clyde and Sarah Jane to have at least understood had she known. Sides, Carla knowing would have meant more Carla probably and I really liked her. |

I remembered... Maria Jackson, Clyde Langar, Luke Smith and Rani Chandra.
I wonder how long it's gonna take Rani's parents to figure out what's going on... They do keep getting stuck in the middle of these messes... |

So they do.
Ah, well, maybe they're a bit like Chrissy. "Do you know what all these things have in common? ME! They always happen to ME!" This post has been edited by Pitry: Nov 16th 2008, 8:09 AM |

But we know Chrissy figured it out, and that she just acts that way... she was always much smarter than she let on... LoL now that was a surprise... A great twist, if you will.

Well, I agree she's a lot more clever than how she was portrayed in the first series, but it did take her a whle to catch up. - and yeah, it was a brilliant bit! Yay for Chrissy!
Who knows? Maybe the Chandras and Carla would catch up as well? |

Well she thought her son was being kidnapped by her ex, and then her ex had become a zombie. I would have probably reacted poorly as well.
The Temptation of Sarah Jane - great episode! Loved it! Although I wish they would have found a better excuse, Sarah Jane was acting uncharacteristically dumb in that one. "the Doctor knows what he's doing... most of the time!" |

The first two episodes of season 3 were great. Yay for the Judoon! And that Veil!
Sladen played her secondary character quite excellently, and the Chandras' reaction to all the aliens was hilarious. I hope they are confronted with more semi-inexplicable creatures! |

My friend has the Sarah Jane Adventures and I got to see the first 2-parter of series 2, The Last Sontaran. I recognized him right away from DW.
Oh man, Katie is gone. I so didn't see that one coming. I did like her character. Once the show started I thought, okay, she is leaving, but maybe the daughter of the professor will take her place. I thought that might happen because I thought they were going to kill him. I like Luke a lot. I'm not a real fan of Clyde though. Of course, I love Sarah Jane. She is the best. I must borrow the rest of the series to watch. |

No worries. I'm just trying to figure out where the name Katie came from. I don't know that there has ever been a character with that name on the show. I have no idea. I guess I had a brain fart. Beginning mid January we will be getting BBC so I can watch the Doctor movies, SJ and Torchwood, without borrowing dvds. |
