Well, who thinks the ratings were part of this decision... Battlestar to return with 13 only episodes. Obviously, they can't afford 20 episode with the cost.... Apparelty BSG is the most expensive show on the SciFi channel, which makes its budget larger than SG1's 2 million per episode. And worse ratings... |

There is also a movie going to be made that takes place between seasons 3 and 4 so that is going to soak some of the budget for the next season.

I couldn't even pretend to be surprised by that... fools...
As long as the 13 episodes and the movie are superb, I guess it is acceptable. I mean, in S1, they started out with 13 episodes. |

I've said this before, Ithink that there is a new jackass at SCIFI and by the time they realize he needs to be fired the channel will be dead.

Official sci-fi channel word on renewal
Well that is quite interesting, weren't the ratings really low for the resuming of the second half of the series? Or did they just pick up? Or are they just lying lol But stating it as fact as the best show on Tv, well I know it all is in promotion I'm not too sure that that should really be said... This makes no sense because someone posted the link to the ratings for the first time move to Sundays, and it was down. So what's the story? |
