According to a report at TVshowsonDVD.com, Stargate SG-1 Season Nine will be released to DVD on October 3rd! (Region 1 - USA/Canada)

The new set will contain commentaries on each episode, plus the usual pile of special features. We'll let you know as soon as we find out more information.

Poor Americans! (and Canadians) You have to wait till October. We're lucky here in the land of Oz, the boxed set releases here next Wednesday. And in the old packaging too.

It all balances out though, we're only up to Ex Deus Machina here on TV, whilst you guys have already started Season 10. Kind of stupid that we have legit access to Camelot way before it airs on TV.

I'm glad that the discs appear to have all the commentaries this time, Season 8's woeful selection was extremely disappointing.

Why don't you just order the German version, which is already out? It has English Audio on it...
