This was a dull episode. It was so slow, and then they resolved SG1's story with a minute long explanation near the end.

Vala's story wasn't much better. Woolsey's offer was obviously a test, and we always knew she was going to pass the evaluation no matter how bad it seemed to be going.

Sadly, this was a waste of an episode.

Isn't Morpheus the God of dreams or of sleep?

As I remember, he is the God of dreams. His father, Hypnos, is the God of sleep.

Looks like M&M screwed up the title there.

They probably wanted it to sound 'cool'. Hypnos would not have been a very good title, because it is too obvious for them...

Morpheus is still related to sleep though, so I guess its okay.

Kinda shocked that nobody noticed the Blade Runner reference with Vala's "tortoise" question! (EDIT: And according to the DVD commentary, Claudia improvised her answer to the question! laugh.gif )

YouTube - Blade Runner - Holden detects a skin-job

Not the first BR reference, of course: The Za'tarc detector from "Divide and Conquer" was based on the Voight-Kampff machine.

A magazine reporter once applied the VK questions to some San Francisco mayoral candidates, and the results were quite interesting!
