Who is it that decides who wins the award? Am I being over optimistic in hoping that it is decided by fans or is there a commitee? Anyway, I hope that it wins because 'Grace Under Pressure' was a good episode.

Well, they're not going to win
 I don't see the point in trying Nah but I don't remember a score from it so I don't really see any reason why it should stand out. However I am going to watch the episode soon anyways (as part of my re-run) so I will see it then. Man, what happened to the show being nominated for the special effects category. I mean I know they never win it but it's customary. |

There is a comittee that does the voting job for the public. The series that has the most votes in the comittee wins the prize. |
