morning all shipper campers, if you havent heard by now, jack is back as a guest sar in season ten of SG1 and also guest star in thrid season of atlantis. check this interview out.

This is the second thread on it. A lot of us are waiting for Arcady to come back as he was at that same convention. I do not trust Gateworld.

Personally I hope it is not true. I do not want him back. The show is better without him.

It is true, some fans went to one of Amanda Tapping the convention and ask if Rick cloud9.gif was come back for season ten, she said yes he is also also making a guest appance in atlantis. they posted the good news on SamJack yahoo site that i'm a member of. so that dose answer your question.

He will drag the season down. I hope that if he does come back it will be more than 15 seconds and will be of more substance or else it will hurt the show.

That is FANTASTIC news, to be honest I was disappointed in his earlier cameo roles he did at the start of season 9 so yes he is going to more involved biggrin.gif

Having Jack and Sam in the same scene is going to be brilliant and obviously they will have to address the whole Jack/Sam saga, so with season 9 having no shippy material they will have to award us in season 10 YE HA 1.gif

I read he was gonna have a substantial part! AHH, i cant wait!
It's about time they let his character tie up some loose ends...I just hope one of those 'loose ends' is Carter!!

OK people, i have loads more good news for all jack fans. He's coming back for the 200th episode and five more - YAAY! biggrin.gif

I read this on RDA's website, if you want to read it your self go to www.rdanderson.com, go done to update on the side toolbar and scroll down to the story 'Note from rick' March 15 2006.

This is fantastic news, here's the most important part of the story if you don't have time to go on the website:

"He also wanted to share some happy news with his fans: "Do you know that I'm going back to Stargate for five episodes? I thought I'd tell you. I've only told one other person, but I think it's going to start leaking fairly soon. I thought I'd just give you the heads-up, in case there is an announcement, and whatever you want to 'spring,' you're welcome to spring." He added that the producers had called and asked him to do the 200th episode, which he agreed to, and then he suggested to them that if they wanted to tie up some loose ends, he would be willing to do an episode or two to that end. When they were negotiating for the 200th episode, they made the offer and asked if he would do five episodes. His answer was, "Of course! I'd love to come up there!" Shooting will begin in early April."

Can't wait for season 10 now - it couldn't come sooner, lol! biggrin.gif

Stargate SG-1 co-star Amanda Tapping appeared on stage and visited with fans at Creation Entertainment's official Stargate convention in Vancouver on Sunday, and talked about Samantha Carter and the show's new tenth season.

Her time on stage started with a special thank you from series executive producer John Smith, who told the gathered crowd of hundreds what a class act Amanda is.

When asked by one fan if there is any hope for Sam-Jack relationship fans ("shippers") in the new season to come, the actress surprised the audience with a very specific answer: "Yes." It was an early hint at the return of Richard Dean Anderson as Jack O'Neill in a few episodes, confirmed by SCI FI a few days later (story).

Omg, ok, now i have a happy giddy feeling. where did you find that!?

I hope jack coming back is a good thing, him being friends with general
landry and mitchell was just weired, he seemed so out of character in
the little parts of season 9 he was in. sad.gif

It's not a season 10 spoiler. It is from 'Point of View' when Kawalski and Dr Carter came through the quantum mirror. In their reality, Sam and Jack were married and that was the picture that Sam had with her.

That image isn't from point of veiw though. Jack nor any other
male ever held the photo, alternate sam just had it proped
on her nightstand!

How is an image of Jack (speculated BTW) holding a picture of an alternate version of himself and Carter, closure? For all we know he could be about to rip it up.
