So, who went to see amanda this weekend? Did anyone?
Though probably everyone who did is still there, as most
people had weekend passes. sad.gif

Anyway, i've never been to anything like that before, and
it was so fun,amanda is soo funny and sweet. smile.gif
If you were there, share your favourite bits ect.
for example her response to what she would do if she were
a guy for a day! It started as becoming president, changed
to peeing in a bush, and then became peeing on president
bush! lol

Anymore funny stories, post them!

While I like to make fun of our president just as much as the next guy...
this is the reason we pro-Bushies don't like actors oppinions. dry.gif

They are statements and logic errors, and half the time crude jokes. laugh.gif


Woopie Goldberg is a great example... she makes rash ad hominem attacks against conservatives in the form of "jokes". huh.gif

I used to like her movies also.

UH...so is this thread about the AT con or is it to complain about how not everyone worships Bush????

I really would like to hear what went on with AT, since I like the actress very much.

you can dislike bush, thats your right, but when you say you want to urinate on the president of the united states... thats just disrespectful to the office and what it stands for. i dont want to turn this into a politcal debate, so if you would like to argue about this, take it to the political forum

I would like to here more about that she had to say - anything that really stood out? What about this whole thing with season 10 and the character of Samantha Carter? Any funny on-set antics/stories that should be mentioned?

Ok, i thought that was rather funny, but you had to hear it context.
she took it back as soon as she said it, so don't hate her for it, it
was just a joke! i'll try and be more clear next time.

Anyway, it was a really good event. it was all for charity, so there
was a big auction at the end, with amanda and tomasina gibson
(sg1 companion author) modeling all the goods. It was very funny,
amanda found that she still fits into her costume from emancipation,
but not the flashy blue one, the other one she wears while cooking.
she seemed very pleased that she hadn't changed a dress size in
9 years! lol
Also, they auctioned off a pair of dog tags, carters and jacks, and
she said that they came as a set, just as they should be! then she
started playing with them and making kissing noises! biggrin.gif wub.gif

I really can't remember how much they were, i think it was
about ?600 but i'm not sure. Things were going for really
obsene amounts of money, so it may have been more.

Amnda is hilarious, and really unpredictable, a lot of fun.

I would bet good money now, that if they ever release action
figures, there will be a little cartoon on the internet within
24hrs! lol laugh.gif
