Does anyone have any idea what the stairs in Atlantis say (leading up to the control center, etc, where the ancient writing lights up)? Else, any ideas what it should say?

Has there been confirmation that they are actually words? I realise they look like words but unless TPTB say anthing we'll never know. Personally I don't think they are words, it looks more like a random pattern. Why have writing on stairs? Not the most practical place to have any writing is it?

No I agree. If I see chinese characters on stairs I am smart enough to realize that they are words and convey something, even though I cannot read them.
I too have always wondered what the stairs say. They are ancient writing and I doubt it is decoration. Maybe a safety warnings. Like DUCK THE GATE IS OPENING!  |
