I definitely read something between Daniel and Janet. But sadly, she died.

The way Daniel and Vala have been written, makes me think that they could become really good friends if the show had some time left. There are feelings between them but not romantic ones. I'd say that if SG-1 were to continue, I would like to see them become closer friends but not romantically involved. I would have been more interested to see if Vala and her husband can find a way to work it out.

I have definitely seen subtext between Shep and Weir, much earlier than previously with Sam and Jack and as a true shiper I am very glad and hope to see more of it.

And since we are talking about pairs. Cameron and the new doctor make a good one. I remember the scene where the two of them get off an elevator talking and they are met by the General who stares at them siriusly and then smiles when they get on their way as if he thought they make a good match.
